Upon reading the previous comments of current tenants, I concur fully. I have lived here for 5 months now and like the other person, came across the SPECIAL they had been advertising, which drew me to the apartments.

The apartments have recently been taken over by new management, and I have seen a slight change in the way things have been handled, maintenance wise.

I visited another building, just to see if it looked as bad as mine did inside and out. I must say, yes it did. I thought it was ONLY my building seeing that, the building in which I live, some apartments have 5-6 people in them. New management stated, in a memo that they were going to do something about this, yet nothing has been done. Beer bottles are left on the stairs, cigarrette butts all over the place, inside and outside of the building, it's just a disgrace. The hallway has a very unpleasant smell and I try to hold my breath, literally, everytime I walk in that building.

This is not a joke, and I am not doing this to be mean, but if you have to spend and extra $100-150 a month for an apartment DO IT! Dominion Ramsgate is not worth it!
