I came out here not knowing exactly what the apartment was going to look like (just what I saw on the internet--BIG mistake. This place is a dump. It is old, there are stains on the carpet from who knows what(it was supposedly "cleaned" when we got there) and we had to re-clean the entire apartment when we moved in it was so dirty (we found the previous tenants' left-over food in the cabinets). I have never heard so much blaring music in my life. Very noisy, seedy apartments. The apartments have not been that well taken care of, and some of the other tenants make me very, very nervous. We got a deal on a 2 bedroom, which is pretty much the only reason why we haven't tried to break our lease. 3 more months of torture left in this awful place.

I have lived at Ramsgate for two years and during this time management has changed 3 times. My major problems with Ramsgate: (1) I have had a few missing package which I know someone in the office signed for. (2) bugs (3) garbage pile up by the dumpsters (4) dirty laundry room (4) filthy hallways (5)take forever to get something fixed (6) scary neigbors (7) people hanging around outside ....
