I lived at Dominion Ramsgate for several years, mainly because I was too lazy to move somewhere else. They constantly increase your rent and treat their residents very poorly. The community is noisy, so unless you love feeling the deep bass of passing cars late at night, don't get sucked in by the relatively cheap rent and "special deals" like I did. The apartment is owned by a company that seems to rotate in new office staff every 9-12 months. My experiences with the current staff have been horrible, by far the worst I have ever been associated with. They have no respect for the residents and were dishonest when negotiating my recent lease renewal, attempting to change the conditions of the lease we had agreed to. I am relatively easy to please when it comes to apartments, but I strongly recommend that you LOOK ELSEWHERE.
