From living at Ramsgate over 5 years I can tell you up front to get a good lawyer and call the BBB! When I moved out they charged me for everything. The biggest charge was to repaint the place. I'm sorry but after 5 years I've saved that place a minimum of 10 paint jobs. Give me a break. When I tried to call and discuss this with the current manager she had no time for me. Tamika, or is it Shamika, is ghetto fab-u-lussly rude. Take it from me. I've been there. They sucker you going in, then ream you going out. Definately a big NO!

you know something i got this site as a way to get info on apartments in the area because im moving from greensboro where all our bad areas are in one part of town not like durham where they are all over the place. but i hate reading stuff like this its uselss, one the comments are RACIST like this one, and 2. what kind of idiot stays at an apartment that they hate for 5 years, im sorry no one is in that bad of a situation....how hard is it to leave personal bs out of these reviews and simply discuss the UNBIASED apartment experience this is so FRUSTRATING
