I have lived here for about 8 months and something that has always stood to me is that both students and families live here. There doesn't seem to be a huge seperation and that helps out with the "noisy students" thing I have encountered on other properties in the Chapel Hill area.

Overall, great staff and awesome maintenance people. Kind and effecient.

Grounds are kept immaculate. 8 feet deep pools, too!

I don't plan on moving out anytime soon.
