I absolutely recommend the Villages to anyone moving to the Chapel Hill area. It is the only aparment community I have ever lived in that actually made me feel at home. The office staff is extraordinary. And the maintenance team was always available and willing to fix any problem at any time.(I had to call them once at 3:00 in the morning and they were there by 3:20!!) The laundry facilities were decent. However I understand that they are getting brand new washers and dryers this summer. Lots of different recreational facilities on site as well. I read some of the other comments made about the Villages on this website and I would have to say that anyone complaining or making derogatory remarks is probably just an unhappy person in general. All in all I have to say that the Villages is by far the best apartment community in the area.

you must work there, this place is horrendous and they refused to come out and fix our air conditioning, even though that qualified as an emergency.
