i lived in a 3bed/2bath this past year. it was horrible. words can't even describe. in the winter we were always cold-good to know since we had the heat on high and our power bill was $200 a month! in the summer we were always hot and had a major bug problem (flying ants'' thats termites!) the decrepid stairwell leading to the parking lot caused many of my friends to fall. the pools are nasty, the gym is ok, just ok though. the neighbors were noisy-way too many families with young kids. the walls were paper thin, imagine waking up to ever noise imaginable, if your neighbor snores, be prepared to hear it. the staff was slow to respond so was maintenance. at least we had new carpet though. i hate this place. its just an expensive dump hole.
