The manager is rude. The office staff is never the same. The maintenance team tries to rig something up instead of fixing things. Parking is fine. There are cats and dogs who run around without a leash! And they illegally go into our mailboxes!! Yes, they commit a federal crime by placing notices, newsletters, etc into our mailboxes directly - who knows if they take anything out, "accidentally" lose something, and personally I don't like them poking through my mail. The prices change on a daily basis (for their benefit, not a resident's). And, when it comes time to renew, they want to jack up the rent by a lot! Don't live here! And don't live across the street at "Bridges at Chapel Hill" because they own that one too!!
