I have been at the villages for three years now. Electricity it crazy expensive. The management went from seeming to care to whatever they can do to get you off the phone if you call with apartment issues. The walls are thin, I can usually here the folks above me going to the bathroom in the morning, that is always a good morning wake up call. As far as maintenance is concerned it was great when I first moved in. The 2nd year I noticed a definate decline on response time from the maintenance staff. And this year it has just gotten worse. I have to call three and four times, they always tell me that they do not see my request but will put it in the system now. This will happen for four days and then someone finally comes and fixes the problem. Parking in some areas of the complex is adequite, not great in others. The only reason I would recommend this place is because it is better then others in the area.
