Some Good Things, Some Bad Things

I've lived in the Villages for 12 months now, and although it was decent, I'm definitely NOT going to renew my lease.
Reasons to rethink renewing lease:
1.) J bus runs more than any other bus (dependable)
2.) Nice community; landscaping seems to be done weekly or something
3.) Repairs are done in fair time
Reasons for NOT renewing lease:
1.) ELECTRIC BILL IS OUTRAGEOUS, REALLY: Piedmont Electric had my bill for $180 fall-summer, and that is w/ me and my roommate making sure nothing ever stays on, and all power is off whenever we leave for school or whatever; even during school holiday breaks, come back to next bill being OUTRAGEOUS (this bill added on to your rent makes it one of the more expensive apartments in the area- not worth it)
2.) Dog poop is everywhere: although the grass may look nice, dont walk through it or there may be a surprise that it seems no one is obligated to pick up
3.)Staff can seem nice at first, but soon you'll see they're all business and very blunt; basically it's "nice signin' the contract."
4.)Will raise your rent after your lease anyway (considerable amount).
5.)Useless peephole on door (lighting not well when looking thru it and unfocused); doorbell also terrible (was fixed 4 times).
6.)Might be asked if noise was from you when it wasn't; walls thin, so one may hear things from all over the place (especially music and walking).
Wouldn't recommend it for what it gives you for the price. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
