The Villages is beautiful and safe, and all the apartments we were shown were spotless. My place looked like brand new when we moved in..the appliances even sparkled. The maintenance people have been quick to fix things for us, even put in a brand new ceiling fan for us when ours started squealing, and they have all been extremely nice to us. The office staff we've encountered have all been great. My electric bills for a two bedroom townhouse ran $103 for a normal month, $170 at it's highest, for a VERY hot month. I don't find that unreasonable. Plenty of parking. I have never heard noise from other apartments or tenants. (but yes the leafblower guys are noisy, ugh..but to keep the grounds nice what can you do really) Also, I think this apartment is huge for what we pay. I have no complaints about The Villages at all..I love it here.
