The Villages

I've lived here for two years, and know multiple people in different buildings. The only way you could have a good thing to say about this place is if you have never had to deal with any of the staff in the main office. The grounds are nicely kept along with the pools. However the ceilings are very thin and it constantly sounds like my upstairs neighbors are bowling. They are adults and not rowdy also the roof up there has leaked since he can remember even after multiple attempts to fix it by the maintenance guys. I've had to argue with the staff of multiple occasions to get things that were promised (rent rate) due to the lack of training, continuity and high turnover in the main office. Granted it is relatively cheap, and I honestly think you get what you pay for... barely working heating/AC units high power bills no washer/ dryer connection, shoddily maintained facilities. All of the previous comments that were 5 stars is guaranteed to be staff or employees of this company.
