I am a current resident. I once had an incident with one of the staff, who was being quite rude. That said, I told Sarah, and it got RESOLVED. THAT DAY. I have one of the townhomes, and must say that I like our apartment. It's quiet, it's very inexpensive, and I have yet to feel unsafe. I too, don't like not having a Washer/dryer=- but their facilities ARE kept up to the best of their ability. Coinmach is a crappy service that they should get rid of, but I don't see it happening any time soon. They've done some "free laundry days" to make up for this, and I know Rachel and Sarah do try to help. Maintenance has been on top of things for me, so I am befuddled that you had any issues. I WOULD recommend this to anyone, and am perplexed that someone woudl think otherwise.

I was just at the complex this weekend and am preparing to move there. I drove through at different times of the day and it was very nice and quite at everytime. I think I am going to love it there. Trust me I saw much worse places when looking around. So I really hope that I enjoy it there and don't get the opinion that some of the other disgruntled residence had. But I must say, I have had a pet before in an apartment. And having so, I find it very hard to believe that their pet caused no damage. No matter where they go, there are pet fees. If they don't like the fees, I suggest getting rid of the pet. Some of the others claims, do seem to be suspect. Plus those people should realize they are renting and parking where multiple cars park. Nothing will ever be perfect. I think they can't accept apartment living.
On that note, I am glad I will be a future neighbor.
