I've only lived here for almost a year, but my boyfriend has lived here for several years and from everything I have always seen and experienced, these apartments have been and continue to be a great place to live. This past summer, my air conditioning went out in the middle of the night and I called the office. The apartment manager (Rachel) called me back herself and offered to put me up in a hotel until the air conditioning could be fixed in the morning. Anytime I've had to have to have a repair, they come pretty quickly and have always fixed the problem. I've always felt very safe here, there are a lot of trees and natural areas so it is a pretty area and I really like that they made it a smoke free community. The people here are all very friendly and the rent is great, especially considering its in the Carrboro/Chapel Hill area.

no, this really is a tenant and this is really my experience. obviously, everyone has their good and bad experiences, but why should an opinion be questioned as to its authenticity simply because its a good rating?
