STAY AWAY - I moved into Autumn Woods in 2008 and departed 2011. While the apartment was spacious and noise was never a problem, they are money hungry! Take the Good with the Not-So-Good - Overall the Villages is well-kept and quiet, with lots of parking. It is close to campus and several grocery stores. The apartments are affordable, but a little outdated. Be ready for a very high electric bill (more than $100) because the apartments are very poorly insulated.
