I have lived here since Oct. The community is great, the staff, however, is horrible. They are rude and all about money, not the residents which is their job. It took over a month to have our work orders done and then the things were not all completed or they just said things were fine when they are not. There was a huge increase in rent for renewals. Some is expected but not over $100 increase in a year which is what happened. We were also notified that our lease was up months before it really was. I would not recommend living here for anybody. Management does not do their job and are not fun to deal with. If they got some new people in there it wouldn't be such a bad set up. Glad I moved out. Oh, one other thing is that it is not lit well at night for women who have to come home alone at night like myself. It can be very unsafe feeling in the parking lot if you get me.
