We are personable people and we chose to live in this apartment because of the past management presented themselves as very professional and able to follow through on their responsibilities in a timely manner. That USED to be the case until new management took over!!!
Since the change in management, maintenance has taken multiple phone calls/messages before they put in a work order (which now usually takes a month to get through).
In asking about prices for renewal, noone seem to know the answers, and that too is taking a few months to figure out. How does other apartments know 2-3 months from now what their prices will be and this apartment doesn't'
The folks living here are professionals and very friendly. There are several young families living here to include well behaved children. The trend is that the nicer and wiser folks are leaving!!! Needless to say, we will be leaving this place soon too!
It's a shame because it is certainly a good location and it's usually quiet around here, but at this increase in prices (yes, close to $100 more per month) this place will be a ghost town in NO timE!
