The apartments here are very outdated. The new management staff keeps going up on the rent, but does not offer anything. If the manager does offer something, she will quickly forget or change her mind. The jacuzzi has not worked all summer, and now it doesn't even stay hot. The landscaping used to look good, but now it is not kept up. There are grills and benches around the community but if you sit on it you may fall through it. They have been this way for quite some time, and the manager will not replace them. Someone fell through one a few weeks ago, and I thought when it was removed that it would be replaced, but I was wrong. The only answer anyone ever hears is that it is not in the budget. If they keep going up on the rent, why is there no budget. The property down the street is much nicer, more updated, and larger for about the same price. Which is why it doesn't suprise me that the manager chose to live there and refuses to live here.
