The apartments are located in a Phenomenal location! That being said, it was by far the worst place I ever lived. The apartments are overpriced and rather outdated. There are no lighting fixtures in the bedroom so expect to buy lamps if you decide to move in. Also, the cabinet space in the kitchen is MINIMAL. They like to call the shelving in the laundry room a "pantry" but it is hardly practical for anything that you use on a regular basis.
The grounds are littered with tons of dog poo, even a few feet away from the waste disposal sites around the property. And should I mention that your electricity bill will be ASTRONOMICAL!! I lived in a one bedroom apaprtment and my bill was never less than $70. Before I lived here I lived in a two bedroom, two story townhouse and my electric bill was NEVER this high!
Management will pretend to be your friend until you move out and then they will screw you over. I recommend that if you are looking in this general area to go a few blocks away to a MUCH nicer apartment complex. Should I dare say that the apaprtment manager at Amberwood doesn't even live in the complex...but at a complex about 2 blocks away!' What do you think that tells you about this place'
