We moved here back when the prices were reasonable, but they have gone up by over $100/month since our move-in two and a half years ago. The management is dishonest, rude, and will lie about providing repairs and other services.

The apartments are poorly maintained and cleaned during rentals, and especially afterwards. Expect numerous serious problems upon moving in (non-functioning faucets, trash around the apartment, doors that will not open/close, etc.).

I recommend avoiding this complex and moving to any of the nearby alternatives. We're moving to The Lodge in order to save $65/month on rent, and will be getting more area at a much newer complex.
