Prices were at one point reasonable, and the only reason we remained there for so long is because it is in a great location. The management is rude as ever, and will hold your UPS packages hostage because they are too lazy to walk back and to check if the packages were delivered to the office. If they were ever in the office working, I am sure maintenance and such would be taken care of in a more timely fashion, however they like to leave the sign up that says "Be back in 6 hours!". Families of 5 or 6 in one apartment, the police are called for noise disturbances, and people enjoy grilling on their balcony, which is a complete fire hazard. Parking is a joke for a couple of complexes (make sure you get the one apartment building with parking in front and back), otherwise you can walk a ways late at night. My car was towed and the apartment complex and towing company were completely in the wrong. It took 2 weeks for both to assume responsibility and for me to get my refund back. Have you ever heard of someone getting a refund for getting their car towed'
