These people must be nuts. I have lived here over 3 years and have never had a problem. The office staff are friendly and helpful, and the work orders are done promptly. Bennington always has something going on for the Residents such as pool parties, pizza parties, Resident Appreciation Week etc. I have found in most apartment complexes I have lived that the people who complain the most are usually the ones that pay their rent late, are never happy about anything, never follow the rules, and other residents are usually complaining to the office about THEM. I suspect some of these negative reviewers probably got evicted. I'm glad they don't live here any longer. Its a beautiful place; I have nice neighbors, there is plenty of parking including visitors parking and everything is kept nice and clean. Plus it is in a beautiful wooded area close to everything. The only reason my family and I would leave would be if we bought a house.

I find it very suspicious that a complex with such a long-standing negative reputation somehow suddenly receives four 5-star reviews within a couple day span. Maybe they have new management; if not, I recommend others checking out these apartments be wary.
