Our lease expired today, and we're having withdrawal symptoms. Needless to say, we loved living at Boundary Village. We had an end unit at Louben Valley. It was very quiet with occasional partying (nothing like every weekend).Kids got rowdy in the parking lot (our only negative at this place), and I wanted them away from our new cars.
Everyone has good and bad reviews about the same place. I was searching this web site last summer 24/7. This was my first time renting and I didn't want to end up in a dump.
Well, we had a nice 2 bedroom end-unit townhome (end units really work well for privacy and no noise). The townhomes were built 8 years ago (our phase, at least), and our energy bill was never over $100 a month. It was usually much less than that.
We had minor maintenance problems but they were taken care of fast. We were really surprised at that.
Stephanie at the office was really nice to us, and gave us a welcome basket when we moved in.
We did have an ants problem, but we bought those ant baits and we were good to go.
I loved having a huge kitchen (we are missing it now in our new home). I loved the location, and the fact that there was enough grocery stores in the immediate area. I liked walking to downtown Cary and eating at a cafe there.
I loved being close to I-40 through Harrison Ave. and Chapel Hill Rd.
I don't know....everyone has different experiences. Fortunately, ours was great.
