It is decent - office staff are inept

Overall Brampton Moors has been a decent place to live. Although the office staff are quite inept. I have had the loudest upstairs neighbors ever --- the kid dive bombs onto the carpet above. I can't even have company over without them commenting on how the office should do something. I have complained numberous times to no avail.
