Bait and Switch at move in and then it gets worse!

When we first looked at the apartment we loved the nice surroundings and convenient location. We moved here from out of state and talked with the manager three times before we showed up to sign the lease (another out of state trip for us). When we arrived they pulled out the lease contract and told us that the real rent was 799 per month after being told three times that the monthly rent was 650. We had already made plans to move in and were in no position to look for another apartment. This "bait and switch" tactic should get them fined or reprimanded by the management company.
The walls are paper thin and the manager refuses to intervene when neighbors make excessive noise. They appear to be considerate but in truth they do nothing.
Maintenance is a complete joke. The "maintenance" man tries to be everyone's friend and then does no work. He has NEVER completed a work request within the same day or even the same WEEK!
Stay away from this place, check with the Better Business Bureau for complaints and assume if the management is talking to you: they are lying.
