Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2001
The grounds and neighborhood are beautiful and safe, but maintenance and upkeep are slack. The complex is 15 years old and they seem to be letting it fall apart now. I have noticed several apartments that are apparently rented by one person and then subletted to groups of migrant workers. This is not the kind of neighborhood where one expects migrant workers to be packed into an apartment like sardines, smelling up adjacent apartment with whatever it is they are cooking.
