I've lived at Brampton Moors for a year now and they have a beautiful and peaceful environment that I love for a GREAT price.
The trade-offs for those things are that the appliances are old, the heat doesn't work well which makes winter energy bills VERY high, there were constant plumbing problems, and the promised facility improvements (expected within the first 3 months of my move-in have not been completed in the entire year that I've lived here.
I would not stay through another winter here because of the heating problems and costs. All in all, I feel that I got what I paid for a safe and inexpensive apartment in a good location. If I could have afforded nicer, I wouldn't have chosen Brampton Moors. For this price, you get some good and some bad.
