Mold All the Way!!

This is in direct response to the previous reviews.
Mold is HUGE problem in our apartment.
A previous water damage incident, that the management claims wasn't their fault (why take care of the pipes, right'), left our walls, kitcehn cabinets and baseboards covered with mold.
We had three separate water leaks and the carpet/pad were never replaced.
The place is nasty.
No amount of cleaning could reverse the fungal encroachment.
The maintenance staff seems nice, but I think they are stretched very thin in servicing the entire complex and are encouraged to cut corners.
We are only staying because it is cheap and our stuff is there--I would move in a heartbeat! This is the second time we've lived here and the first time (2001-2) was MUCH better! The pros of the complex are proximity to Bond park (I'm a runner and this is the biggest perk), decent parking, quiet building, safety, and moderate rent.
The real downside is the poor condition of the apartments, which considering the time spent inside, is a HUGE drawback.
