-Office staff is very fake. They will act like they care, but nothing ever gets done. If you're going to apply, do it atleast 2 months ahead of time. It takes them forever to process anything.
-Put your work orders in ATLEAST a month ahead of time. My dishwasher would not drain (timer was broken I think), so after over a month and many promises of "we ordered a new one", "should be in tomorrow", "we're going to get someone to look at it", it FINALLY got replaced. Keep in mind, this whole time there was dirty standing water in the bottom of the dishwasher, and yes, they knew. I was up at the office atleast 3 times a week bothering them about it.
-Parking isn't all that great. The lighting in the parking lot is aweful too.
-I would suggest owning a washer and dryer if you intend on living there. Of the 6 washers, usually 3 of them are "out of order" for whatever reason. They did just redo the laundry room (new washers and dryers), but that made no difference.
-Bugs all over the place, and I keep my place clean.
-The workout room- not so nice. Looks like they've been trying to remodel it since I've moved in, so that's been about 6 months now....
-Heat and A/C doesn't work half the time.
Bottom line, you can find something SO much better for your money.
