Place definitely needs updating. Its true you do find cockroaches, spiders. I have had to call the maintenance a number of times, but they have been very prompt so far. Upstairs neighbor loves walking in the apartment at odd hours. Disturbs our sleep at times. What i like about the community, its quiet and Bond Park is closeby.
