I've lived at Brampton Moors for over two years, and have had a great experience. The staff is terrific - very friendly and responsive to my needs. The maintenance staff always responded promptly and fixed anything that needed repair. The office staff always went above and beyond - couldn't have been any better. For the most part, the same great people have worked there for the past two years so it's very stable and we've gotten to know each other.

The beautiful setting of Brampton Moors makes it feel like you're living in a resort, with all the tall trees, the lake, the walking trails, the meticulous landscaping and lovely flowers. The pool is great, and well cared for.

I loved the mature trees everywhere you looked, including outside my balcony. Most newer complexes are built on clear-cut land and that results in a very stark setting. But Brampton Moors is nestled into the trees by the lake - just couldn't be prettier.

The apartments themselves are not brand new, but they're very well kept up and cared for. The owners must be committed to continually investing in upgrades and maintenance, and it shows. My apartment was great. I think these older apartments have better soundproofing too. I never had any problem with noise - it was very quiet. Most of the time I couldn't even tell anyone else was in the building.

This was the best rental experience I've ever had. I'm moving out now into a house, but wouldn't hesitate to recommend Brampton Moors to anyone and everyone. Special thanks to Holly, JT, and Rodney for working so hard to make Brampton Moors a true home for all of us. Your efforts are truly appreciated!
