Trust the negative reviews.

Packages go missing. I received a picture showing that the package was in front of my door. Management said/does nothing about it. They act very nice until you sign the lease. Please think twice before you rent here.

Our staff works exceptionally hard to maintain our community and it's very encouraging to see that their efforts are paying off for residents such as yourself. We do understand that parking can be frustrating at times and would like to assure you that we do our best to accommodate all of our residents. If we find that there is a car in our lots that is inoperable or that has expired tags, we will remove them from the lot. That being said, we understand that it's an area that is open for improvement and will take your feedback into consideration.                                             We're sorry to hear that you're not entirely happy with us, and would like to do all we can to turn things around. A great feature of this community is our lake, trails, and heavy wooded views. Unfortunately, heavy wooded areas near water draw insects and Palmetto bugs, which are indigenous to this area. We offer free pest control, not once but twice a month or as requested. We spray the outside of our buildings on a preventive schedule. We also offer pest control in apartment homes on an as needed basis. A copy of the pest control schedule is provided to all residents and is posted in the mail stations. If the problem is persistent, please contact our Community Manager, and she would welcome the opportunity to meet with you and look into additional solutions. We're always looking to improve, and we apologize if any of your maintenance requests were delayed. The front office staff and our maintenance team work in tandem to record, execute the repair, schedule specialists if necessary, and follow up with residents on maintenance requests. Work orders are entered immediately upon request, and are prioritized throughout the day. Sometimes that results in earlier work orders being re-prioritized behind emergencies. All emergencies are relayed to the Maintenance Supervisor immediately. We have a hotline for residents to page our maintenance team after hours and on weekends. Our maintenance associates live at the community, so there is always one employee on call. We offer short-term leases, so many residents are here for only a short time (6 months at the least). However, we do have several residents that have been here for over 23 years and are extremely happy! There are also many former residents who return to our community, in some cases more than once. Again, our Community Manager would be happy to meet with you and go over your concerns in detail. Please contact her at (919) 481-3100. Thank you for sharing your concerns.

                                                    We are sorry if there have been any misunderstanding about our policies! We invite you to contact the community manager. She welcomes the opportunity to speak with you in more detail before you make the final decision about renewal, and hopefully turn things around. While our community was built in the mid-1980s, we completed a full exterior paint and wood replacement on the exterior of the community buildings in the first half of 2012, and we strive to complete maintenance requests within 24 hours in order to keep things in good working order. Any items that require special handling or are out of stock with our vendor are replaced as quickly as possible. We make every effort to follow up with our residents on any outstanding work orders that require a special handling or that cannot be completed within that timeframe. Our community has a contract with a professional exterminator which covers both interior and exterior treatments. In our move-in packet, we provide a calendar of the bi-monthly exterminating dates. The exterminator sprays the outside of all our buildings and common area breezeways during the scheduled visit. We do require that residents contact our office to be placed on the interior spray list. We must have our residentsâ?? permission to enter their home, as well as provide them with instructions for the exterminating treatment. Our exterminating policies are covered during the move-in orientation. We are sorry if this was not communicated fully upon your move-in. We are happy to add any household to this list at any time. Again, please contact the community manager at your earliest convenience, and she will be happy to go over these areas, and anything else you would like to discuss.
