As a resident at Brook Arbor, I just want to say how wonderful I think this community is.
The apartments are spacious, bright and charming.
The setting is unique in that you are surrounded by woods with large trees and overall the property is always well-groomed.
This is a true reflection of the management team which shows their interest and dedication for providing a beautiful place to live.
The location is great as well.
It is close to RTP, Durham/Chapel Hill and Raleigh which is a benefit for me since I work in the Durham/Chapel Hill area and sometimes work out of our Raleigh office.
In addition to loving my apartment home, the management team receives an A for doing such a wonderful job.
The Brook Arbor team always put their tenants first.
They provide first class service.
The maintenance techs are very efficient too.
They are prompt and always repair whatever it is the first time.
Thanks to everyone for providing me and my family with excellent service.
