We've been living in this apartment for almost 3 years now.. and for the past 6 months or so the roofhas been leaking everytime it rains.. a chunk of the plaster fell off and upon complaining, the management took 10 days to send in a maintenance person to fix the 'cosmetic' appearance of the roof (meaning the roof will continue to leak till they get the roofing company to look at it (which hasn't happened as of today, 2 months since the complaint was launched). Management is very rude. The only plus point is the posh external appearance of the community.
