Appearances are very deceiving!

It seems that they value new residents over people that already live there. You can move in at a cheaper rate then they will renew your lease for. You will find that you are paying for ammenities that you will never use. The apartment they show you will not be the one you move into. Moldings are unfinished, cupboard doors are shoddy, the apartment manager and staff promise things that will never happen and deceive you on renewal. Everyone in the complex pays a different rate for the same apartment, some people 225 for a one bedroom, while others pay 630. Some people pay 1000 for a three bedroom while others pay 670 for a two bedroom. This rate will DEFINITELY go up if you choose to renew. 6 vehicles were broken into a few nights ago and one was stolen, yet the office is very hush hush about it and has chosen not to alert residents. Why do they pay for a courtesy officer' Is it worth the 100 extra dollars for the garage' There is no parking available after 5pm. The pool constantly gets closed for no reason, the jacuzzi is always closed, the clubhouse can not be used for your personal use unless it is mary kay or candle parties because they are friends of the office staff. The computer room has one whole computer and is always in use. There is absolutely no closet space, it looks like there is but once you are actually in there, there is nowhere to put anything in the bathroom. Archstone down the street is a much better deal without all the hassles and stresses that come with living in Brook Arbor. The walls are also extremely thin so you can hear what people say under you.
