Are they too cheap to spray every month for bugs'

There are slugs on the walls outside your doorway. There are ants all over the kitchen and bathroom. There are little flea-like things everywhere. Something that resembles roaches appears every once in a while. Frogs and snakes are in your "storage area" that is a small closet in the hall way with a HUGE gap underneath. For all the rent they are getting every month you would think they would mandatorily spray every month. You never know how the people under or over you live, whether they are clean or not, so you have to have their bugs too. And the speed bump on one side of the complex....great addition.
