wow, what happened'

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 1999
I lived in Brook Arbor five years ago when I first moved down to NC. I only stayed for a year (due to the traffic on NC55), but I loved the place!
It could be the apartment I had... a one bedroom with a den that was located on the end above the garages. I absolutely loved that apartment and as I said, I only moved because it took me 45 minutes to get in or out of RTP. The architecture was excellent as was the construction. I never even knew I had neighbors as there was NEVER any noise leaking into my apartment. The appliances weren't the highest quality, but they never had any problems.
The staff was generally good and helpful, though aloof. Maintenance was always good as well - very timely for the very few occasions I had to make use of them. The property is beautiful.
After reading some other reviews, I have to wonder what changed' I was so enamored with this place that I nearly moved into it's twin at Wakefield (though I bought a house instead).
