Make sure when you leave the apartment to get the staff's signature indicating they inspected the apartment. When we left, we asked them to inspect the apartment and they said that the apartment is fine and we should not worry about it. A few month after leaving we received a call from a collection agency indicating that we owe them money and we have to pay or else. They calimed that they had to change the carpet sine we had a dog. Well, we never had a dog.. ever..
