Beware - Creates debts against damages forget deposit

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
We stayed here for three years. We never got treated properly for being with them for three years. Only reason Green Hope Elementary School.
After eight months of leaving the apartment we received a letter from Collection agency that we have a debt which is to be paid to Brook Arbor.
In spite of they had address and phone no. which has not changed they never contacted us. When we contacted them thay had said twice everything is fine we will send you your deposit.
The apartment was perfectly fine when we left.
This is a smart way of getting income to recover their losses from tanents who were loyal to them for three years and paid 1200/- per month.
PLEASE GET YOURS INSPECTED AND SIGNED OFF BEFORE YOU LEAVE OTHERWISE YOU MAY BE IN DEBT AFTER COUPLE OF MONTH OF LEAVING.
