I honestly think that anyone responding positively on this apartment complex must work here or be paid by someone who works here. This is a horribly run place and I've put in a grievance with the better business bureau because I'm honestly that upset with the way I've been treated by the management by Brook Arbor. As you will see from many of the other complaints below, I also have had problems with creditors AFTER I have moved out. These problems were reported to me only after leaving and AFTER leaving for 1 and 1/2 year. After being told by the management staff that eveything is fine, I have not heard from Brook Arobr for a 1 and 1/2.Yesterday I received a first and only bill from the creditors (never receiving a bill from management). At no time did the management even TRY to contact me despite having my new number and address. I hope all prospective renters will listen to this warning and DO NOT RENT FROM THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX!!!!
