Due to our now existing legal problems with this complex I cannot discuss much, but you should be aware and believe that pest problems such as silverfish, spider infestations, and snakes in apartments exist. Do believe that maintance will invade privacy and enter with no warning. Do believe that they will not inspect your apartment when you leave so they can trump up false charges. Apartment we left was in mint condition. I have pictures, friends and consultants to prove this, but management claims outrageous fees and kept deposits. They will lie to you repeatedly and string you along. Management is a problem that only worsens problems rather than solving. Have a lawyer before moving here.
