I have lived here for about 10 months now. I was told of all the negative comments on this web site and decided to check it out for myself. I will just tell you my experiences and you can decide on your own whether to live here.

It is true, the staff and complex were not up to my standards at first. In fact until this new owner took over, I was seriously considering putting in my 60 day notice. I was promised a lot of things so I took the "wait and see how it goes" approach.

To be honest with you, I am very happy. In fact, because they stuck to their word, I signed a 12 month renewal. They have cleaned up the property, cleaned up the dog waste, started construction on the gym, kept the rental rates the same, etc. I was very suspicious about the gym. They said it will have $1 million worth of equipment. I was just in the office and I believe it. It is going up so fast!

The only other problem that I had in the past is work orders. They took weeks to complete if they were completed at all. Now, 24 hours later, the work is done. They leave my apartment clean and I was surprised to receive a follow up phone call to make sure everything was done properly.

Your decision should be made after you see this place. I just wanted to be fair to the new company because they are making a considerable effort to make residents happy.
