The new expanded excercise facility is state of the art with plenty of equipment. The expansion meant the elimination of the basketball court which was getting run down.
I don't like that the new management imposed a flat fee for water and waste instead of paying for what you actually use. The flat fee for one bedroom apts. like mine is $20/month. Previously when I paid for what I actually used my monthly bill was about $10/month. Therefore, I now use more water (less than full loads of clothes and dishes and take longer showers).
The pool area is pleasent. It would be nice if the hot tub were ever open.
Great place for kids with a playroom in the clubhouse and a playground next to the tennis courts.
