My family and myself have lived at Brook Arbor for 2 and a half years. Before the new management team took over we had no problems. The management people now are liars and money hungry leeches. You can not believe anythng that come out of their mouthes. They will tell you one thing and do the total opposite.
If you ever get a job promotion that requires you to relocate and to break your lease do not pay to break your lease just pay the remainder of your term. They will make you pay more than what the apartment is actually worth. And your security deposit FORGET ABOUT IT you will never see it again. They will make up anything to keep it. When this company took over they made every resident pay $25 in addition to our rent for water and sewage. That would be ok if everyone used $25 worth of water and sewage.
Please bring back the old team they were so much nicer and more understanding. At least they tried to work things out with you.
They would not give residence any prior notice to when work is being done on the apartments, their workers would look inside your window claiming they are working on the buildiing,SCARY. These people do not look out for your best intrest, but they expect the rent on time every month.
DO NOT RENT HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT LATER. The community is nice but to deal with the management is not worth the hassel. Look else where. I am counting the days. Two more to go and then, "PEACE OUT BROOK ARBOR" for good. Run people and don't look back. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
