Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
The apartments are overpriced. Once you receive your original move-in special do not expect any other discounts. You actually end up paying a higher rent with a renewal than someone moving in off the street with no move-in special. The prices seem to vary daily and depending on which staff member you speak to. It is a shame when you recieve a quoted rate over the phone one day and a higher rate the next from the same person!!''
The facilities are nothing special that you couldn't get down the raod where you will be an appreciated tenant.
The management team here has changed several times and each time gotten worse.
My advice to you, LOOK ELSEWHERE!
