If you call to rent here, or come by you will be told several different prices.

Some people pay as much as $200 a month more for the same apartment.

The grounds look great in the front, but take a tour around to the property, and you will quickly find that it is very much neglected.

They never change the straw, replace dead shrubs etc.

And the paint is peeling off the outside walls on the upper units.

The new management will be so gracious to you untill you move in, then you will not get the time of day.

They had to install the fitnes center so they would have something going for them in the positive.

And just try and see if you can view the actual apartment that you will be renting.

They require you to sign the lease and then you get the keys.

Expect no deposit back.

One of the worst experiences that I had was that they send some kid around to put notices on the door when they exterminate.

Well just hope and pray that you are not in the section that he forgets to put a notice on.

They just walk in on you.

THis happed TWICE to us.

And also you can count on a good 20 minutes to get in and out of this place due to the traffic on 55.

It starts at 6:00 am.

There is no paraking.

People rent the garages and use them for parking.

The spaces are so close together, people constantly dent your automobile.

THere are a great deal of rentals in the area.

Save yourself some real problems, RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE.
