I lived at Brook Arbor for 3 years. I loved my home and never had any of the problems that are listed. I work several hours a day and loved coming home. The grounds are beautiful(mulch is needed around bldgs). The office was always nice and accomidating when I needed work done. Maintenance was excellent. I never had a problem with the manager or staff. They are a very happy group and seem to love their job. I have and will recommend this community to all my friends. They also pay if I recommed a new resident. I only left as I purchased a home. Thank you Brook Arbor for making my 3 years and good experience.
