This property is one of the nicest landscapes around but this management staff as well as the property owners are only interested only in numbers. Getting you in there, raising the rent, and not letting you out of the lease..... The staff as well as the property owners were anything but cooperative. I had such a problem with them that it came down to reporting these people to the NC State Attorney General's office after having contacting the Fair Housing authorities. I eventually had to get an attorney involved.

Maintenance took several days to respond and often had to be called more than a couple of times for a problem. The management certainly were not concerned during the snow and ice storms. I never saw the walkways cleared or salted. The management staff never dress professionally. Most of them appeared to be dressed for a street corner.

This is not a place I would recommend to anyone!!! It is my personal opinion that apartment communities in general will bend the rules any way they can to trick people. People who are honest and trusting really get taken. It's simply not right.

IF YOU ELECT TO MOVE IN, I SUGGEST YOU KEEP REALLY GOOD RECORDS ON EVERYTHING YOU DO WITH THEM!!!
