Currently I work part time at another apartment complex and even with their discounted rate to move, I?ve decided renewed my lease and stay at Brook Arbor. In addition, I?ve also recently had family rent an apartment, and a friend. This place is wonderful & below I?ve listed why....

-The main office does not provide a high turnover. The entire staff and maintenance crew are friendly, supportive, knowledgeable, and eager to work with you. The manager makes an effort to work with you on a one on one basis in order to assist with any special needs you may have - before AND after move in.

-I?ve had two concerns - a noise complaint, and an a/c pipe leak. Both issues were taken care of - same day response/resolution - within 24 hrs of notifying the staff.

-The outside bldgs are clean and still look new. They are well maintained and are well lit with lights all over the grounds, parking, and bldgs for safety.

-The neighbors within the apartment complex are very sociable and helpful.

-Animals (dogs) are picked up after in order to ensure the premises remains clean and healthy.

-The lake is always kept up and is clutter free. Ducks, BBQ Grills, and the Pool by the lake is beautiful. There is an additional pond in the back of the complex that is stocked for fishing!! I?ve even enjoyed seeing nature on the paved trail and by the forests edge.... rabbits, birds (with their nest full of babies) and a turtle. My family has seen deer outside their window.

-Although there is no assigned parking, I?ve never had to walk far to get to my apartment.

-I don?t hear my neighbors below or above me, with the exception of what is to be expected with normal apartment living.

-Brook Arbor?s gym provides machines for a full body workout, along with free weights, a closed in Basketball Court, and a Tennis Court.

-The apartments on the inside sell themselves. But if you want to know my favorites: 9ft ceilings, crown molding, washer and dryers, plush carpeting, spacious rooms, great layouts, separate dinning rooms & breakfast nooks, walk-in closets, large windows, sheltered balconies, cabinet space in the kitchens, garden tubs, large separate storage units on the OUTSIDE of your apartment, and garages (attached & detached). What else does one need'

-DSL & Roadrunner connection availability. ?Nuff said.

-When it came time to renewing my lease, management worked to keep me as a resident (without any effort on my part).

-I?ve had NO problems with bugs - spiders, ladybugs, ants, roaches, moths, etc.

-I?ve always been notified when maintenance had to enter my apartment via flyer several days prior to them entering. I have cats, but I feel completely safe that they will not escape as the office/maintenance crew are extremely cautious.

- RTP, Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill is only 15 min?s from Brook Arbor. Cary and Apex is 10 min?s away. Brook Arbor is perfectly located between cities and provides close access to multiple grocery stores, malls, schools, lakes, and even the RTP airport.

-There is an on-site courtesy security officer that lives on premises. To date, I?ve heard of no vandalism, break-ins, or "problems".

Between all the apartments I?ve lived in during my life, none of them compare to Brook Arbor. If you?re looking for a place to call home, and still get the most for your money while renting, consider Brook Arbor first.
