Arrogant Management and greed for more money

Manager was arrogant and attemt to collect more money when you vacate the apartment after the lease, with unreasonable attemts to collect money for reasons like
1) carpet is not clean
2) Walls needed a paint
3) bathrooms are not clean
None of the above are true because we made sure every thing was appropiatley cleaned.
Not onlythey kept my deposit money they charged me additional $250.
I am still trying to talk to their higher management they refused to give me the contact information for their corporate offices.
